The flavour
Burley is the darker, nuttier end of the tobacco family and that is what leads here — fuller and rounder than the light tobacco in Black Diamond. Behind it sit warm spiced and creamy notes that soften the edges and make it read as sweet rather than dry. It is still a tobacco vape; the sweetness supports the leaf rather than replacing it. Of the five, this is the one that works best for people who find plain tobacco too austere but do not want a dessert flavour either.
Nearest in the line is Duke, which is similarly full-bodied but spiced and earthy rather than sweet, and Royal Oak, which takes the sweet direction further with cherry and whisky.
