Does not fit G Series pods

The M Series is a separate generation. M Series devices do not take Level X G2 Boost or G2 Ultra pods, and M30/M40 pods do not fit G2 batteries. If your pods say G2 on the box, you need the Level X G2 battery instead.

Which pods fit the Level X M Series device?

Level X Flavour Beast M30 (30mL) and M40 (40mL) pods. Nothing else – G2 pods are a different fit.

Which power mode should I use?

11W gives the coolest draw and the most puffs from each pod. 17W is the everyday balance. 23W gives the warmest, fullest flavour but uses liquid and battery fastest.

How long does the battery last?

A 1000mAh cell is a full day for most people on 11W or 17W. It recharges over USB-C; a cable is not included.

Is there a starter kit?

Some M30 flavours are sold as starter bundles with the device included. If you are buying the device on its own, add an M30 or M40 pod from the links above.
